So this is my new blog where I'm going to try to post everything about my summer in Mexico if time allows. It's been just two weeks since I learned that I got the position as a Casas intern and so much has happened already. I wasn't planning on going home for spring break but everything to go to Florida just didn't get done in time and it was a blessing in disguise. I was able to spend some much needed time with my family as well and do paperwork, write support letters, and get almost all of the supplies and clothing that I should need for the summer. I absolutely cannot wait to be down there and everyday I get more and more excited about everything that this summer is going to hold. At the end of most posts I'm going to try to put my prayers for Mexico/ my summer and it would mean so much to me if you would support me in prayer.
Pray ~ God is continually showing me how broken of a heart I am going to have this summer continually seeing people in need. Pray that this does not become a distraction to ministry and that God uses it to make me grow closer to Him.
